I have used Kustom for 3 restoration projects. They were quick to respond at the time of disaster. The staff is very friendly and easy to work with. They do all of the heavy lifting for you and they do an excellent job. I highly recommend them.

Can’t say enough. Thorough, professional and honest. We met with Daniel to go over the mitigation process. He explained everything that would take place. We later met with Ryan, the Project Manager. Ryan was phenomenal. He stayed in contact throughout the process. We had flooring, painting and drywall installed due to a water leak. The construction crew lead by Fernando was just as detailed and did an excellent job repairing our home. We are delighted from what we had to go through to the final product. We recommend Kustom and if needed, will reuse them again.

I had sewage and water damage. Very stressful and unpleasant situation. Kustom was a friendly crew who stayed on top of mitigating and construction. Professional and extremely helpful. My full bathroom, closet floor and part bedroom floor came out better then it was prior to before this unfortunate mishap. Floors, tub, walls, toilet and vanity more than amazing!!! Thank you Daniel, Ryan, Ernesto and your wonderful crew. You are appreciated!

This is the best restoration and water mitigation service in the Atlanta area. I had an issue to start around 10:30 pm on a Friday night. Ryan drove an hour and a half and arrived at my home at just after 12:30 am. If he had not come based on the concern that he heard in my voice the damaged would have been much worse. He stopped any further damage and secured the area until his water mitigation team could come out the next morning. Let me tell you the water mitigation team was just as outstanding lead by Jared. They did the neatest but most thorough demolition in my living room and attic. Both teams were professional, prompt, courteous and extremely knowledgeable about their segment of the project. I would hire these guys again in a heartbeat!

The entire process with Kustom US was wonderful. From our first meeting with Neal who demonstrated a great expertise and knowledge of the business, and help guide us through insurance issues and kept us moving forward then Jonathan our project manager, who kept his crews going, and was on the spot at any moments notice he made sure everything was done, professionally and respectful, providing us with the best crew of BRENDA and Victor and the rest who were exceptional. They were professional, on time, respectful, caring, and kind with our home and with us personally. We truly feel blessed to have had them be there for us in this stressful situation. We would recommend them and their expertise wholeheartedly for any home repair, or renovation needs.
